TEXAS HOLD EM POKER RULES

Texas Hold Em poker is played with a 52-card deck and as many as 10 gamblers. There is a dealer button, that indicate the position of the gambler who would be dealing the cards if the players were actually dealing the cards themselves. This button is moved one position clockwise, after each hand and in that way all players after a full round had exactly the same number of opportunities to hold positional advantage. The first position player in Texas Hold Em poker game posts a blind bet one-half the size of the player in the second position. Although, in some games, the first bet, called the small blind, may be as little as one-third or as much as two-thirds the size of the second bet, which is known as the big blind. All gamblers, in Texas Hold Em poker game are dealt two face down cards, and these cards belong exclusively to their owners, and are not seen by the other players at any time until the showdown at the end of the hand.

TEXAS HOLD EM POKER BETTING

During this point, takes place a round of betting, which is known as flop or pre-flop. This betting action continues in clockwise around the Texas Hold Em poker table, with each player in turn having the option to fold, call or raise. The croupier deals out three face-up cards, when the pre-flop betting is complete. In Texas Hold Em poker game, these three community cards belong to everyone and they are called the flop. The second round of betting, the player closest to the left of the button, acts first. When the third round of betting finish, the croupier produce a fourth community card. This third poker card is called Fourth Street. After this round, the dealer reveals the fifth and final community card, called The River, or Fifth Street. At the end of the fourth round the players remaining in the hand turn their cards over. In Texas Hold Em Poker, the gambler who can assemble the best five-card hand, out of the seven possible wins the pot. The Texas Hold Em poker players can use two, one, or none of their private first two cards, although it is unusual to use none of ones private cards, it is possible, if the five cards on the board form a strong hand such as a straight, flush, or full house.
